Many roaches

The food was okay. Been to many Mediterranean restaurants, and the food was flavorless. The soda was flat and the teas tasted funny. Will not return to this restaurant.
I paid over $30 for food that was okay.

Made me not want Mediterranean food for awhile and I love Mediterranean food.
Rice was sticky and mushy and some cheap white short grain over cooked rice with yellow coloring and maybe some chicken broth flavor. The so called pita bread tasted like a super thick flour tortilla that was rubbery and hard like cardboard. The steak skewer had one piece of tender meat and the rest was so tough it wasn't possible to chew and spit it out. The falafel was decent but bland. The hummus was bland and tasted like nothing but filler no garbanzo at all. Seems like they used the cheapest ingredients they could and couldn't even afford to season them well. The only good tasting thing was the chicken skewers and side quinoa and tabouli salads ok. Definitely skip anything with rice.

Skip this place all together, there are way better places. Same price as Panini Kobab grill but just horrible bland cheap ingredients. Even the sauces had no flavor and one tiny cup with a large plate of food. Not even the standard size side sauce potion, the itty bitty one.

Second star is just for the friendly service, guy offered free roasted veggies on the plate but then forgot to add them, luckily way dined in so we asked him and he quickly brought some over. But they were completely raw and only blackened from the dirty grill and some oil they dumped on them. Nice gesture but no thanks, won't ever go back to Zaky's .. need some time to forget about this experience before eating some real Mediterranean food again.

I feel like the only thing keeping them in business is the sketchy Motel 6 people that come strolling in from next store because they wanted to try something else than the Denny's or McDonald's.. definitely not from any repeat customers.

Never going back here again. This place used to be good. But they have fallen off. The kabobs I received were burnt and they look like they've been cut in half. I ordered a two kabob. And clearly this is not two and every kabob has been cut in half and burned. I called the store to let them know and the guy said he just works there. Yes I was able to take a photo of it

Paid 20 bucks for a pita bread just full of chicken and a bag full of fries that were overcooked the chicken laced flavor and I have been to multiple Mediterranean spots the little garlic sides are small and I mean small like maybe half a spoonful small was good but I’m paying almost 20 bucks for something that lacks flavor and are stingy on giving more sides

Usually I would go to the Upland location, but this time I made a change after noticing the decline in the food quality in Upland, specifically the hummus. I came here hoping it would be the quality that I've been used to getting from this chain for years.

I ordered takeout, a plate with rice, house salad, tahini, hummus, turnips and chilis, and steak kabob, with an extra chicken kabob, which couldn't have been more than 2 ounces and still costed 6 dollars extra. I do not remember having to pay extra for different proteins in one plate at Upland. I also ordered a chicken shawarma wrap. When I got my food, I was very surprised at how small the portions were. Upon further inspection, I found that the steak was burned, the small amount that was there. Other members of my family who ate with me remarked at how the rice had also gone down in quality. I wanted to believe the hummus was better, but it really wasn't. It seems that in all of the locations, they have began adding some sort of corn additive to the hummus and tahini. It doesn't taste good anymore.

It is with much regret that I must say that this may have been my last time going to eat from chain whose food me and my family have enjoyed for years.

First time there got there before it closed.I ordered a plate with 2 proteins that were really delicious, chicken and steak. The fire feta and hummus were very good. The price was a little crazy but I really enjoyed the meal. The customer service was awesome.

Really horrible food and prices are just ridiculous. A wrap with some fries and a soda 18 dollars. My meat was hard and dry like it had been cooked days ago. No one was eating there so it makes sense. I should've gone to the Dennys across from it as I originally planned. Big mistake.
