When we first moved to Folsom, we joined a couple close-by wine clubs for convenience. We happened upon Bogle a couple years ago and just had to join despite a little longer drive. Aside from a huge selection of wines for every taste, they have great parties and are always welcoming.
Probably second best wine I ever tried by my range is Bogle.
Your red wines are really full bodied, fruity and light on tannins, enjoyable and unbeatably good price. Well done. Thank you! Hope to visit your winery one day :)
We had a great time! Colleen did a great job on our wine tasting—so helpful & friendly. Can’t wait to go back.
I knew one of the Bogle family before they passed away and had been to the winery in the late '90s a few times - so I was thrilled to stop by on a road trip to Sacramento.
It has grown so much since then! WOW. And wonderfully so - the grounds are beautiful, the staff kind and knowledgeable. The wine selection for the tasting is quite impressive. Tasting is restaurant style - you select and they bring the flights all at once. And all the wines were moderately priced per bottle.
Unfortunately we had to make this a quick stop as we had two small dogs and this is a no dogs property. That is okay though, it was great to see it and I hope to spend more time there the next time. Hopefully that is not another 30 years lol.
It's a bit off road to get there but not too hard to find. We went the weekend after Christmas and it was very busy, also delightfully decorated for the holidays. I recommend coming to Bogle Famliy winery for a tasting if you can!
This winery's selection of reds and whites were very tasteful for various meals. Am very pleased, comfortable to bring both varieties for hosts, hostesses, and different occasions. I know the party will enjoy the selection(s).
Perfect winery with amazing staff!
Great place to visit
Yikes. Just bought a bottle of Bogle Petite Sirah at Trader Joe's. It was terrible. Astringent and tasted watered down. I was gonna pour it in the sink to clean the drain but decided to keep it for cooking. But what? I've bought 2 Buck Chuck's for years and it was much better. Never again.
I'm not a sommelier but still I can tell a good wine, and this wasn't it. I'll try returning it but I'll have to keep it in the trunk so I'm not driving with an open container in the passenger compartment.
Phenomenal experience and even better value

Awesome!
We have been members at Bogle for a couple of years and this is by far the best winery to have a membership at. They value their members and make you feel right at home every time you come to visit. The winery is kid-friendly making it the perfect way to spend an afternoon. They have amazing events all year long and really curate each one to perfection. They also have a large suite of incredible wines that keep us coming back time and time again! Definitely worth a trip out to Clarksburg if you’re not from the area!
Unexpectedly good stop. Had a great time tasting and loved the relaxing stop.
We came late but they were so accommodating and nice about giving us the best experience possible. Their wines were great, and the nature is amazing. Would visit again
I had to throw away half of this wine. When I was opening it, the cork broke and its quality was very poor.
