I just discovered, if you plant old Kirchhoff corks along side Basil, a new bottle will grow and be completely unaffected by any heat or light damage. The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon was in my last wine club shipment, and it pairs with my Friday night. Thank you, so lovely.
By the way folks, that’s how you cut off a wax seal. Call if you need help.
Great hospitality, good story (but every wine maker has a story). Wines were young but unique and showed promise for the future.
