I visited 8/19/23 afternoon, there was less than 10 others visiting. Mostly everything about the winery is nice EXCEPT the customer service. Once we were served the wine the server never returned. Even to pay the tab we have to go stand in front of the register and wait around for someone to come and take our payment. I can only imagine service being worse when they have a big crowd. Unfortunately, no matter the beauty and or atmosphere of any place for that matter bad customer service ruins the experience.

The property is beautiful but overall it was a huge disappointment. The customer service was awful and the wine was not good in my opinion. We felt unwelcomed and definitely will not return.
