Went in today friday around noon and the woman at the drive through was an absolute angel, made sure my order was correct and the food was great. Id rather go to this specific location than mcdonalds, jack in a box, or bk at least for this area. Props

When two “Famous Star” burgers and a milkshake come out to over $18.00. then it is time for customers to implement the DEMAND DESTRUCTION that places like this so thoroughly deserve! ALL fast-food restaurants engaging in thes level of HIGHWAY ROBBERY need IMMEDIATE DEMAND DESTRUCTION thrust upon them! This restaurant in particular needs to be DEMAND DESTRUCTED into bankruptcy!

dont eat there. An incident occured on the premises where staff stood and watch a man attack a female and they did not call the police because the manager was told by policy not to get involved. As a result a couple was allowed to run a scam allegeing the female had stolen a wallet..which was not true.. the msn tackled and held the victim down while the lady went thru her purse. Carls Jr employees did nothing. The victim had to call 911. To add to the trauma the Clayton Police concluded no crime had occurred and refused to take a report. Why post this. Carls Jr is complicit for not calling 911 and the police didnt care because it was black on black crime.

I expected better. It took a long time in the drive-through to get food, and it wasn't busy. When I finally got the food, the fries looked like they were the last remnants of the night, and the guacamole looked old and that it was brown and about to expire. I don't expect that this was typical service for this location, but still serving food like that lands a review like this. I didn't even eat the fries and I ate the burger it was decent considering... I was hungry. I hope this makes it to management so they can find a solution to serve the end of the day folks properly.

Peter Quach used some coupons to spend some money at a discount price! It's very close to Sophia's Group Home at 5243 Concord Boulevard in Concord, California 94521! It will be at a neutral site for a co-ed Major League Baseball (MLB) regular season baseball game!
The restaurant was clean and the employees were very kind to my family.

Staff was great. Couldn't get their wifi to work and app to work which was annoying. The restaurant is old and unappetizing at night, uncomfortable place to eat and sit...clean but out of date.

Food was just ok, but not great. Dining room is dull, old, and dirty. The dining room is in need of a remodel or upgrade.
