This place has absolutely gone downhill. We got the short ribs & they were horrible. The younger lady at the front too, too much attitude. A waste of $60, I will never eat here again. The only ok thing I will say was the white rice, but that’s kinda hard to mess up. Not worth the price & a new establishment should be put here

Impeccable service from start to finish. The staff was not only friendly but also genuinely passionate about Hawaiian cuisine. They guided us through the menu with enthusiasm and provided excellent recommendations. A great example of the Aloha spirit. Deliciously authentic! The ahi poke was the freshest I've had outside of Hawaii, and the lomi lomi salmon was a burst of flavor. The POG (Passion-Orange-Guava) drinks were a sweet, tropical delight. You'll leave with your taste buds doing the hula! Hawaiian paradise in the heart of the city. Tiki torches, lush greenery, and the sound of crashing waves made me forget I was miles from the beach. It's a serene and lovely place to unwind and soak up the island vibes. Mahalo for this hidden gem!

Went into this location for my lunch break. When I came into the store the person taking orders was so involved in their phone they did not realize a customer was in the store. When I did place an order and receive my food it was cold. Hopefully I’m a one off situation but I won’t be back. The cook also got visibly frustrated when I requested a return and for them to not reheat the cold food I had been served.

Ordered a Loco Moco on DoorDash. Description specifically mentions hamburger patties. And this is what came! Not the same kind of substitution at all. Just cancel the order if you don’t have the ingredients anymore, COME ON. I would’ve eaten somewhere else and just try this place another time but now I don’t ever want to eat here again because I’m so disappointed.

Walked in lady at the front counter was playing on here phone she was super rude with a attitude the ac didn’t work she was calling out orders by the name of the food I asked her if it was mine or another customer in the store she gave me a dirty look and just repeated the order by what it was called wouldn’t tell me yes or no and she charged me for extra sauce and never gave me it I walked out with the wrong food had to go back in and she wouldn’t exchange it for my correct meal worst customer service and restaurant I’ve ever been to I am emotionally damaged
