Little Caesars Pizza

The crazy puffs are really good customer service was fast and swift although I usually only come here for pepperoni pizza these crazy puffs have been my new favorite. I was even a few cents off my payment today and they said it’s okay. Really nice people and management!

Worst customer service. We got the wrong order sent to us and they had zero interest in fixing it and were really rude about it, basically told me I'm lying and I did receive two cheese pizzas. I've attached a photo to this review, its definitely NOT cheese!I've gone there for years, but they won't get my money again.I reported them to hq and got a refund.It's not even good pizza so their attitude about it stinks.

I liked how I was able to just grab my food straight from the heater. Good price for the food and quality is decent; you get what you’re paying for.

Got my order wrong and charged me for FOUR OF THE SAME ITEM. Food was good though I guess ?

I GRABBED A 2 LITER OF ROOTBEER FROM THE COOLER AND IT WAS WARM SO I PUT IT BACK AND THEY GAVE ME ATTITUDE BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT A $4 WARM ROOTBEER. WHEN I GOT HOME MY CALZONE WAS NOT CUT!.... IF YOU GO THERE ITS YOUR FAULT! IF I COULD LEAVE HALF A STAR I WOULD!

THE NASTIEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER GOT IN MY LIFE! THIS PIZZA LOOKS AND TASTE A WEEK OLD ITS LIKE THEY REHEATED THE PUZZA AND SOLD IT TO COSTUMERS ! I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY HANG UP ON YOU! DONT GET PIZZA FROM HERE!!!

I used to frequent this location after school for my kids as a snack. Usually it seems to be fast and we always pick up from the pizza portal.My daughter needed to purchase a clean pizza box for a school project. She is of mixed ethnicity and usually when I go in I have never encountered any rude behavior. My daughter picked up our order from the portal and asked the woman behind the desk if she could purchase a pizza box. The woman refused and was quite rude to her. My daughter persisted I will pay for it and she would not budge. We proceeded to Round Table and was able to easily purchase a pizza box there. I hope that if a regular customer asks to purchase anything from this location, whether they be white, purple or green that they may consider allowing anyone that opportunity.

Inexpensive pizza. Fit the bill great for a kids party.

Every time I visited this Little Caesar’s they were extremely fast with providing my order. I’ve never experienced such quick service. The pizza is also very tasty. Some people may not enjoy their customer service, however I found it enjoyable. I personally don’t like being chatty with the employees so if you’re like me, this location is great for you.

I advise you guys to never communicate with the people at this establishment. They are rude and unprofessional - read story down below. The man in there completely runs the show and has a horrible attitude to not only customers but to the female employee. He needs to take time off and they need to re-evaluate what customer service looks like. I get that low life's must come in there and they have no time for it, but that's not excuse to be rude to people when they have questions. Not everyone is a homeless person and just because it's cheap doesn't mean we can't go elsewhere.I went yesterday to pick up Italian cheese bread, the lady gave me marinara sauce. I went today and bought the same Italian bread and then today she and the man employee yell at me that the bread doesn't come with red sauce. And screamed and pointed at my boxes that were in my hands. After they stopped telling me "no it doesn't come with the order" I just asked could I pay for it instead and they looked at me like that wasn't an option. Their quickness to aggression was super alarming because I never denied to pay for it, I just asked where the sauce was because yesterday she happily gave me sauce. I did not know it didn't come with sauce- this is the second time I've had little Caesar's in a while so I don't know the menu. They are completely unprofessional and rude and I will not be going to that location ever again.

Horrible place and customer service !!!They treat you like you need a favor !Bad energy and terrible customer service !If you have other option don’t go there !I believe they don’t need clients to survive as business !!!
