Walked in and was greeted by a warm welcome and an even warmer smile from the 2 young women in front. Very respectful and I can tell that they take pride in not only their o but also their workspace. Also you guys are way faster than most papa Murphys;) thank you for properly training your employees!! It matters more than people realize. I have never ever in my life left a review on any page or anything anywhere, but those kids in there deserve it!Dietary restrictions: They had plenty of vegan and non dairy/ gluten free products:)Kid-friendliness: They even gave my little guy a greeting as well as personally asked him what he would like on his pizza after I told them I wanted a mini Murphy and they noticed my nephew, they asked if that was for him with a big smile and proceeded to ask what his favorite is/what he would like. Although he couldn’t complete the order himself it’s the fact that they choose to go that extra mile, Really puts a smile on my face. And shows that they value their customers.
They make Papa Murphy take-n-bake pizza with consistency. Same quality, ingredients to the edge of crust. Thank you, all the other locations have either closed or they lack quality.

Service was horrible. What even is this? Ordered a pizza and when I picked it up the toppings were plopped in the middle and... Do I need to put in a separate request for sauce on my pizza? The employees seemed to not care at all and were out smoking in the back. Not impressed. I don't care how hungry you are, take your business to Pizzawheel around the backside. You'll see the slew of employed minors vapin it up.

Where did the ingredients go? This does not look nothing like the pizza advertisement. Pizza keeps getting smaller. This is not the first time. Have ordered other pizzas before and ingredients are not consistent and just seem thrown into the pizza looking like a hot mess.

Knowing that Halloween is busy for pizza establishments, I went online this morning and ordered three pizzas for pickup at 3:30. When we arrived to pick up, the line was out the door and it was utter chaos inside. They were no longer accepting orders as they ran out of dough so everyone in there had ordered online beforehand. There was no organization as to where to line up to see if your food was ready and if you tried to ask staff where to go, they would snap at you. One person in particular, Alyssa, who appeared to be in charge was extremely rude to the customers and the other employees. If you asked her any questions about where your order was, she would yell that you could get a refund if you don't like it. Needless to say, I waited an additional 50 minutes past my pickup time to get my pizza and that was only after I spotted it on the tray and asked three different employees to please check it for my name. I understand a business being overwhelmed but the lack of organization and the rudeness to all the customers was unacceptable. I will not be back!

The store employee forced us to order online, then refused to make our order (despite seeing the confirmation email on our phone). I don't know if the problem is with the store or the online system. I don't plan to return either way.

Ya know... this is gonna sound real bitchy, but idgaf. I can do different. I can do unique. I can do tattoos and piercings as I too have these. What I can't do is the clan from Rocky Horror Picture Show making food for me and my family. This place was a total freak show of like-minded individuals violating every health code possible to prepare food for the general public. Came in to get our weekly pizza, two employees wearing belly shirts with stomachs showing, one with no bra, everyone's hair is down, swaying to and fro along with the one chicks' boobs. Right above my pizza she was making. Exposed skin at EYE LEVEL of my pizza. We were completely disgusted and almost left, had we not been starved and counting on this pizza for dinner as we were perished from work. Wtffffff papa murphys?!

The staffs appearance is disgraceful. A women came out from the back to help the cashier that was helping me. Looks like she just woke up and came to work. No bra and full stomach showing. When I came back to pick up my pizzas their was other staff that was showing their stomachs too. Put decent clothes on. It will be a long time before I come back here.

Staff were not well aware of their payment tech and services. While making the payment the screen to enter my phone number for rewards passed off before I finished. I asked if why it did that and got a “I don’t know” response and to move forward. The pizza was amazing. We got red chilly flakes for free. Thanks for that. However, the store and premises was not the best Papa Murphy’s location.Vegetarian options: Garden Veggie
Walked in to pick up my pizza and I got no hello. Neither employees had their hair up and the one had long black hair making dough. They were both not friendly what so ever. Their open sign was turned off. Obviously they were hoping no one would come in. It was 3:30 on a weekend and my pizza was the only one waiting for pick up. They are pretty much charging high prices in stores so you will order online and not engage with their workers. I can see why. I won't be coming back.

If you're picking up a pizza, go here, they make great food. However if you don't give the staff an hour to make it or stare daggers at them while you remind them three times what's on your pizza it's not going to get done. Every time I come here the staff is high and unprofessional. How do you not know how to make a quarter of a pizza different than 3/4 of a the pizza, they straight up said they couldn't do it before because that doesn't equal a whole pizza. They are nice people in general but those three dim flames wouldn't be enough to spark a bong if you know what. So that's why the food gets 5 stars but the service gets less.
