I recently stopped by a Subway chain sandwich shop, and honestly, it was exactly what I expected. It’s Subway—there are no major surprises here, which can be both good and bad depending on what you're in the mood for.
The layout of the shop was clean and inviting, and I appreciated the variety of fresh ingredients available to customize my sandwich. I opted for a classic turkey sub, and while it was satisfying and filled with the usual toppings, I wouldn’t say it was anything out of the ordinary. The bread was fresh, and the staff were friendly and efficient, which made for a pleasant experience overall.
If you’re looking for a quick, convenient meal that you can personalize to your liking, Subway fits the bill. It’s not a gourmet dining experience, but sometimes you just want a reliable sandwich without any fuss. For a casual lunch or dinner, it does the job. I would say it’s an average spot that delivers on its promise—perfectly fine if you’re in the mood for a classic Subway sandwich!

1 star for over inflating your prices. I drive for work and have eaten at every subway in the east bay area and for no reason this subway is 30-40% more expensive than every other subway in the area. Save yourself money and drive 5 minutes down Clayton rd to a different subway that had the same exact food for 30% cheaper. If you want the best subway for the cheapest price go to the one in Martinez off Morello Ave. Same footlong for $10.50 vs here $14.34.

The server was a little aggressive sounding and difficult to understand. She did not explain the pricing or options well and we ended taking a long time to order up paying more than we expected.

Don't come here because the customer service here sucks. They also do not take coupons. Unprofessional.

Only place out of 5 other Subways i have gone to in the ara that does not accept cupons and no signage indicating this. Went to pay and older lady working there refused to accept or explain why they would not honor coupons.
Really? I got the double protein and it had less meat than a sandwich from 7 11

I have been eating subway for 30 years. This place is a fraud. Costumer service zero. They declined coupons and have reduced ingredients to ridiculous amounts. They literally added 2 pieces of green pepper to a footlong and when oa sked for a proper amount the woman complained about rising food costs etc. I could not believe it.
Terrible customer service. No manners at all, don't come here never.
I placed an online order for pickup on 11/4 at 8:05 PM. Went to pick up order at 8:20 and the store is closed, lights out. Hours say open until 9PM. Charge went through on credit card tonight for order I never received and couldn’t pick up. What a scam! Beware!
I guess I came too late to the reviews.. I had a taste of their horrible customer service at this location. First of all the person working here is so rude. Her name is Sol or Sel...wasn't clear on her name tag. Anyway, when I told her to put lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich she she "No...No tomatoes..we ran out we get a shipment tomorrow" in a such a rude manner. Fine, I guess I eat without tomato. So then my daughter and I proceed to the nearest table to eat in bc the power in my town was out. She then said there was no eat-in allowed even though some tables were marked as closed and some weren't and their website says eat- in is available. Save your money or spend it elsewhere, this location is not worth it!
Food was ok regular subway sandwich fresh veggies but coustemer service was bad the lady got annoyed when I asked for some veggies before toasted tried to tell me she can not but in a sandwich with veggies in the toaster when I been getting my sandwich like this for years plus worked at a subway for years was very quite rude.
