5 out of 10 times there are always missing items from my order. I should know by now that I need to check that I got what I paid for before I leave. Literally the worst run fast food restaurant in Clearlake. On top of that, the wait time to (maybe) get the food you paid for is ridiculous. Even if you order ahead on the app you still end up waiting.

Ordered 2 tacos and onion rings. Was asked to pull in the front and they would bring my food out. After waiting 20 minutes I received my food. Was given cold food. I guess they must of not had anyone to bring my food out or forgot. Either way this has happened to many times. With the prices, I do expect better service.

If you go thru the drive thru, they will take your money and have you park in front and then they will forget what you ordered and then ask for a receipt knowing they didn't give you one
