This is the type of place I dream about encountering on the roadside. I'm far from expert in BBQ but I think this place is BBQ done just right. Stopped in for a super tasty and satisfying lunch here recently thanks to yelpers pointing it out and definitely plan to be back. I was looking for the smoked turkey sandwich I saw in yelp reviews and photos of the menu. I had the House Burger and patatoe salad . My dog had the Puppy burger . So far , the burgers are the best around the lake . The meat , buns , are ordered special by Carl , the owner , french fries are hand chopped and who ever is making the patatoe salad , home made , is doing a fabulous job .

The food was beyond good. Everything was fresh and hot . Friendly service, all my questions were answered, and my order was made correctly. I have a picky son . That doesn't happen often.
