We went here for breakfast yesterday and it was amazing. I had the morning quesadilla with hash browns and my boyfriend got the chicken fried steak with eggs and hashbrowns. It’s a cute little corner spot and the decorations in there were so cool. I loved the little pig drawing. I would definitely come back here for sure.

Awful service. Awful dry stale food. Waited over an hour for food and barely anyone was in there. Never going back again. No one acknowledged us when we walked in, service was awful. Smelled like a rest home inside.

Diners are a part of the American culture and Zini's is no exception.The hash browns were exceptional, and everything else was quite good.A shout out to our server who was also the manager. Warm, friendly, and just out and out nice.

Whether it's the perfect patty melt or the daily soup which tastes like it came from Grandma's kitchen, the food at Zini's is always fresh and flavorful. They can cook! The staff is always super friendly. And while the setting is a bit cavernous feeling for me, I DON'T CARE and Zini's has become a regular stop on my home-and-back rambles.

It is conveniently located, so i typically just walk to the restaurant. I find the service friendly and usually pretty prompt. Menu is pretty extensive. Most offerings are tasty. I like their veggie scramble with avocado on their breakfast menu and their multi-flavored mimosas (on weekends). Their crepes leave a lot to be desired , however, because it's essentially their pancakes folded over like crepes (meaning, they're not thin). If you have dietary restrictions, such as a gluten-free food preference/requirement, Zini's does not have any on their menu--no gluten-free toast, pasta, or pizza crust.
