Probably the best breakfast joint in Cloverdale. Great food, great service, nice place. I had the chicken-fried steak and she had the breakfast quesodilla. Both were fantastic. Zini's will be my regular Cloverdale breakfast stop.Vegetarian options: I'm sure there are some vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Some accommodations might be made.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Yes. Diners are a part of the American culture and Zini's is no exception.The hash browns were exceptional, and everything else was quite good.A shout out to our server who was also the manager. Warm, friendly, and just out and out nice.

We went here for breakfast yesterday and it was amazing. I had the morning quesadilla with hash browns and my boyfriend got the chicken fried steak with eggs and hashbrowns. It’s a cute little corner spot and the decorations in there were so cool. I loved the little pig drawing. I would definitely come back here for sure.
