We were at this place for a students performance that was happening there. It was crazy busy with lots of family and friends to see their kiddos perform. Unfortunately, the place where they have been performed was an optimal, they could do so much better with stage set- up and lighting. There were lots of people there and the place was overpacked. Love me some Old Town Clovis and wanted to try a new spot. My husband and I decided upon 559 Beer. We both love businesses that keep that rustic and/or historic feel. When we were seated by "Sparkle" our waitress, we noticed that the interior looked like a true old west tavern. My husband said it reminded him of some scenes in RDR(for all you gamers out there). We had some time to kill before heading to the airport last weekend and stopped in at 559 Brewery. Rhett was welcoming and knowledgable, allowed us to store our luggage in a room off to the side of the main entrance and recommended one of the best blonde ales I've ever had. The building and location are great and we will definitely be stopping in next time we're in Clovis. Highly recommended.
