Applebee's Grill + Bar is a popular restaurant, noted for its busy Thursday evening crowd during sports games. The service can vary, with some servers like Gio being attentive and friendly, while others may seem rushed. The restaurant offers a 2/$32 deal that includes an appetizer and two main dishes. Popular choices include the Famous Riblets and Bourbon Street Chicken with Blackened Shrimp. There can be delays in receiving food, and some dishes may not arrive hot. However, issues are often addressed quickly. The riblets are well-loved, while the potatoes received mixed reviews. Although dessert was not tried, the restaurant is known for its gluten-sensitive options, though some items may still be fried with gluten. Music levels can be loud, making conversation a bit difficult. While the wheelchair ramp is located around the back, it would be more convenient if it were near the front. Customer service experiences can vary, with some guests noting the lack of manager visibility during their visits, while others feel welcomed by the staff, including the GM, Lilly, and attentive servers like Christina, Krystina, and Zoey, who consistently provide great service.
