“I have used this company in the past and they have always been amazing so when it was time for our casino night benefiting our veteran nonprofit that was coming up I reached out to book them again. This event was in a different venue so it was my first time experiencing the staff outside of their building. They were beyond AMAZING, every single worker that was at my event was on it all night long, this was a large event with hundreds in attendance and the staff did not skip a beat. They were kind to all of my guests, they were constantly clearing tables of beverages as guests were finishing them, taking plates, refilling waters, refilling teas, making sure the food was never short or running out. I was also complemented on the food from so many of our guests in attendance. I highly recommend you hiring this company for any event that you have. You will not be disappointed.“

“Hands down one of our go to when it comes to Italian food! I actually got to meet the owner Andrew when I worked at a convenience store nearby, and honestly just a great guy! Super friendly and outgoing, it reflects onto the food and atmosphere! Never a had bad experience with any workers either, always friendly and welcoming. The food itself always satisfies, always freshly made and given HOT! Always still just as hot and fresh once we get home, which is a little thing but something you don’t always get! We almost always get the Roma Rigatoni, but we have tried the lasagna, meatballs, and their RCBA! Can’t complain about anything! Can’t recommend this family owned food truck more when you’re looking for great Italian food!“

“Tri-tip was super super soft, almost like salmon or rainbow trout is! Very good moisture consistency in the meat without fat almost like a crockpot juiciness. If you like meat without a lot of random seasoning, this allows you to dip it in bbq or A-1 steak sauce. The dessert cakes were very good as well. Highly recommended; we appreciate the friendly cashier lady that took the time to show us the desserts which we were pondering before buying 2 to go along with our order. We will be returning customers due to this first experience.

I used them for my son’s Greek wedding this past weekend and the presentation was so creative, they wrapped the charcuterie inside clever cones and these were presented in cool rustic wood stands. Guests could easily access them by grabbing a cone. They were full of delicious goodies. Really impressive presentation. The owner is so easy to work with, very on top of things, and very fair priced. I highly recommend this company!“

“Our guests are still talking about the food at our wedding thanks to Pardinis. We had a buffet with a carving station and passed hours d'oeuvres. There wasn't a single complaint about the food and we've even had a few guests ask where they can go to eat the chicken again! The communication leading up to the wedding was a little spotty. We had a wedding planner so she was doing a lot of the outreach and follow up but it did take several emails and calls to get answers on several details. Because we didn't get a response on our site plan until a month before the wedding we did have to add a few unexpected costs for more tables and a green wall to hide the prep area. Luckily our vendors were flexible and making the changes was easy. It would have been much better for us to know we needed to add those costs ahead of time. Similarly, after our final headcount was provided, we had to wait for a final cost. If I didn't have a planner all of the back and forth and follow-up to get answers would have been too much work for me alone. In the end, the food and service were amazing on the day of! We couldn't be happier with the quality of the food and service. We went with Pardinis because we had a large wedding (280 guests) and we knew they were the most logistically prepared for day of flow. Things went very smoothly and everyone was fed quickly. The carvers were very professional and added an extra touch to the dinner. Pardinis is a tried and true company that does so many events in the area. One thing you can count on is high-quality day of service and delicious food!“
