Where do I begin!? I have been wanting to try just Jo’s since I moved to Fresno but their cinnamon rolls are so popular sometimes they sell out because they make the dough early in the morning themselves! But today I got to try it and I can see why it’s sold out. This place gets a 1000000/10 me and my kids lovedddd the cinnamon roll French toast. Just Jo’s understood the assignment. Ima French toast connoisseur and I never before tried any French toast that came close to just Jo’s. It was absolutely amazing and I’m oh so picky and never leave good reviews. Not only was the food amazing but the service was stellar! Darlene was so sweet and kind she looked out for me since I brought my kids without help. She’s a true gem! Seriously this is the best food spot in Fresno based off that cinnamon roll alone :) Cinnabon could never hunny !

This is the place to go for breakfast/lunch. They have an extensive menu and every dish on the menu is awesome! I’ve had most everything on the menu. If you get there early enough, you need to treat yourself to one of their giant cinnamon rolls! They are to die for!

We went in for breakfast. It was hot and fresh and average. The cinnamon roll French toast did not seem like it was battered and fried. It seemed like it was just heated up in butter. The cinnamon roll was dense and seemed like the same dough used for the biscuits. The bacon and eggs were good. Everything needed salt. The coffee was too weak to drink. Everyone was really nice and the service was good. Breakfast for two was just over $50.

First time coming here didn't have to wait long to be seated. Restaurant was nice and clean. Staff was really nice. Didn't take long for us to get our food but took them a while to bring my mom's toast out. I think they forgot honestly, overall nice restaurant delicious food nice staff will I go again maybe.
Very nice people and great breakfast food. I had a veggie omelet and it was delicious. The potatoes are great. If you go, you should try the cinnamon roll for dessert, or appetizer. Yum!

Only been there once. I got the red velvet waffles with cream cheese frosting and Nutella, it was amazing! My partner got the chicken fried steak biscuit bowl, it was pretty good. Overall, I'd definitely repeat if I was in the area.

First time here. I had the cheesesteak sandwich. I added mushrooms. I had it with crinkle cut fries. So good! Husband had the tri tip omelette keto style. They let you substitute cottage cheese and tomato slices for the potatoes and toast. Enjoyed very much.
