I come here often, but I never had time to sit down and write a proper review until now. Service - exceptional. They have a self ordering kiosk that only takes card which allows you to place your order with minimum contact with employees, however they are there if you have any questions. My first time here which I let the girl taking our order know. Super nice staff.Only thing was that they didn't say I had to specify if I was getting a strawberry shortcake drink or rolled ice cream so the girl made me a drink instead.She was willing to make me a rolled ice cream but I declined.I gave it 4/5 stars for food, because the strawberry shortcake drink just taste like vanilla creamer and strawberry puree. Went in on a week night. We had 3 boba drinks and two rolled ice creams. Ice cream was fine. Had a taro drink and two brown sugar milk drinks. Taro had a chalky texture to it which didn’t make it enjoyable. Didn’t taste like Taro either. I had never had a Taro drink like that before. Threw it away after 3 sips. Brown sugar drinks were ok.
