The food isn’t bad, but the customer service is terrible. They stopped calling out pickup orders, and completely forget that you are waiting until you come check for your pizza. We waited 15 minutes while our pizza was just sitting on top of the oven and no one ever said a word to us.
ordered pick up and they said a 25 minute wait. got there and said another 12 minutes. told us another 20 minutes later they had messed up our pizza so they had to remake it. waited over an hour for our pizza 👎🏼. worst service ever received. people that ordered after us also got their food first. no offered discount or refund either. had a stack of their pizza boxes knocked on top of us and not one of the employees checked on us to see if we were okay.
