Great pizza!
I have had a wood fired oven in my garden for 25 years and have always done the cooking. for our recent party i had Christian come and handle the entire process. Bravo!! He is a consummate pizzaiolo and produced exceptional results! Don’t miss his food truck! almost makes me want to hang up my apron
