I recently hired Nuovo to cater a party for about 40 people, and everything was fantastic. Christian was responsive and flexible as our plans for the party shifted. Their pizzas are hands-down the best in the valley (and that’s coming from someone who lived in NYC!), and the service was top-notch. They even provided a table, linen, and a custom menu. Highly recommend Nuovo for any catering needs, or if you just want some truly great pizza!

Dinner and Ambiance were on point. We had the Honey Hot Burrata pizza which was savory and sweet and perfectly paired with Henry Weinhard sodas. The pizza was so good we ordered another one to go. We appreciated the warmth and friendliness of the service, and the location is safe and conveniently situated across the street from Ampersand ice cream. No better way to enjoy a beautiful night in Fresno.
