“I ordered a parmesean cheese pretzel and the lady who made it, had hardly put any cheese on. Then another employee by the name of Brian had offered to remake my pretzel with actual cheese on it. He made sure I was happy with a correctly made pretzel. Thanks Brian for restoring my faith in getting a decent pretzel!“

“This place just recently opened, and I've only consumed one pretzel - the classic butter and salt - which was delicious. I've given it 4 stars for now, but I will try some of their other offerings and revise in the future, if necessary.“

“The staff is always so nice and fast. The pretzels are fresh and fluffy. I've seen how other customers treat the employees with lack of human decency it's disgusting. Honestly this place in comparison to the others like Auntie Annies beats it by a longgg shot!“
