I would NOT recommend this type of food for that amount of cost.. Today we decided to try this food truck out and little did I know, such a disappointment. We waited 15 minutes for our food and they were not even busy. We had ordered beef larb medium spice and sticky rice. The flavors was nothing like beef larb. No flavor at all. They actually used ground beef and stirred fry my larb. That's just a no no. They actually mixed more lettuce in so it would look like there's a lot of larb. For $15.75 Not worth it. Truck looks nice, but food is not the way it should taste. If you want good food I recommend Malee's kitchen. Way better and better quality.

There are several reasons why I am continuously enticed to keep coming back to this food truck when I am in the area every Sunday. Chief among them is their menu, which are all authentic and hard-to-find dishes you will not get at any local Thai restaurant. The Pad Thai and Pad Kra Pow (grounded meat with Thai basil) are easily the most popular dishes, but I have also had the chance to try other dishes like Khao Kha Mu (braised pork) and Khao Man Gai (boiled chicken with ginger garlic rice). The Khao Man Gai is essentially a Thai interpretation of the Chinese dish, Hainan Chicken Rice. None of the dishes have truly impressed me so far but I appreciate they have not been very oily and overly seasoned. The dishes are a healthier, cleaner-tasting version of some of the dishes you can expect at most local dine-in restaurants. I have also not tried any of the fried and skewed meat dishes here that are usually my "cup of tea" and have deeper flavor profiles. The plates are priced appropriately for a food truck, where you will get just enough for a quick and satisfying meal. Very friendly service. You will always be greeted with a warm smile and they will make helpful suggestions on what to try if you are being indecisive. The plates come within 5 to 8 minutes while made-to-order. On rainy or windy days, they will bring your order to your car as soon as it is prepared. You will find them at the corner of E. Shepard Avenue and N. Willow Avenue on Thursdays to Sundays, 11 AM to 7 PM come rain or shine.

Very mediocre quality pad Thai. Tasted like the ingredients were tossed together too quickly, nothing was seared or tasted like it was cooked with high heat. Sauce was overly sweet. Very pricey for what you get.

I got the PhaKraPao and added egg.. my plate is a bit salty..If not too much, the egg should be included in the main dish (harmony) without extra charge..also my order is ThaiSpicy but not lol.The PadThai is good no negative..The MooYang.. the color of it is light (i think not marinated long) the sweetness of it is mostly on the outside..and it light, just couple of chews the meat already lost it favors. (FOR ME IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE STICKY RICE than regular rice) lol...Anyway this is just my ONE TIME order opinions. GO SUPPORT AND TRY IT TO EXPERIENCE IT..GOOD PRICE AND PORTION..

Servings are small for the price, flavor was burnt on the pork belly and dry more like pork jerky. The sauce was not spicy at all!!! Too bad it was more toasted rice than sauce, i ran out in two dips. I ordered two pork belly plates with sticky rice and Pad thai. Drove 18 minutes out of my way to give them a try, I don't think I'll be back unless I'm in the area. Service was friendly and the wait wasn't too bad 20 minutes or so. I lucked out no one was there during my visit so no line.

Love at first sight? NAH. Love at first bite. You know food is good when you can already picture yourself coming back again and again just after the first bite. I found this place on instagram and knew I just HAD to try it. Located across the street from Enzo's Table, this beautiful and colorful truck is so easy to spot! There is tons of parking. They have cute red stools to sit on as you wait for your order or to eat there. The food didn't take too long to make - it took about 10-15 minutes tops! You can also order ahead online on their website. Their menu indicates that most of their food items are gluten free and can be made vegan! Everything on the menu sounded so delicious, I wish I could've gotten everything on the menu. They offer a ton of Thai dishes, drinks, and desserts! Their spice levels for their entrees can vary from no spice to "Thai hot". The woman who helped me was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I love spicy food but I figured for the sake of my stomach (and because I didn't bring tums) I'd ask how spicy their hot spice level was and she said it was very spicy. I opted to get my dishes at the medium spice level, just in case, but she offered for dry spice on the side that I could add to the dish so I can control the spice on my own and add it where I see fit - which was such a sweet suggestion! Now for the food: 〰 Pad Thai (1000/10): DELISH. You can choose to get it as is, but there's an option to choose chicken OR prawns for an extra cost. I opted for chicken! This pad thai rocked my socks off. The pad thai was so flavorful, I think next time I would even get it plain! I love pad thai and this is definitely one of my favorite pad thais I've ever had. Would definitelyyyy get this again. 〰 Pad Kra Pow (10/10): SO FREAKING FLAVORFUL! This dish did not disappoint. I got it with chicken and man, oh man, does this hit the spot. You can add a fried egg for $2 and it was cooked to perfection. Adding the egg really adds an extra oomph. I got this medium spice, but next time I would definitely get this at their hot spice level. 〰 Moo Sam Chan Tod (10/10): Deep fried pork belly - some of the best 4 words you could put together. The pork was fried to perfection. It comes with your choice of steamed or sticky rice and I definitely recommend the sticky rice! The signature spicy sauce that comes with it? SO FIRE! It really makes the dish. I could not be happier with my experience here. Good food and good service. I'm already planning my next visit to try more of their dishes and even their drinks!

Quickly prepared and also super friendly. Nice to get a nice boiled chicken dish that isn't commonly found in Thai restaurants in the central valley

Below average seem like the shrimp was cooked with beef. It wasn't very good. Very sorry to hear this cause they're close by the house and tried to give them a chance but they're pretty sorry very below average and over priced

The food is delicious! Customer service is A+ it’s definitely worth the 45 mins drive to check them out. My 11 yrs old picky eater son approved the Khao Man Gai Tod (deep fried). Thai tea is a must get while waiting for your food being cooked. Portions are good too! Lots of parking space worth having a mini picnic in the car ?

Dessert: puak Tod and Kluay Tod dessert fried taro and bananas. Taro is good but the sauce is fire, sweet heat deliciousness but watch out for the chili. The banana were good and the sesame balances it out perfectly. Highly recommend and will return for the main dishes later.

12/28/23 Getting lunch! Shrimp pad Thai & Khao Man Gai Tao ordered. Both made spicy. The worker was very kind and said it would be ready in 10-12 min. Pick up at a food truck in an empty parking lot. Greeted upon walking up and the worker was very kind. The order was ready. Paid for it and it was handed over with good day wishes! Appreciated! Lunchtime! Both split! Shrimp pad Thai1/2 was Really DELICIOUS! Flavorful & spicy Greatness! Fresh veggies, tasty noodles & shrimp with a nice topping to make it better! Khao Man Gai Tom aka garlic chicken 1/2 was Great too! Fresh & tasty chicken cooked perfectly along with the Great sticky rice and hot sauce! It's a good amount too! Leftovers for me! Mother said hers was Great! Nice change & she said she loved the ginger. Great service & Great, Delicious lunch! Highly recommended!
