It was our first time at this desert truck. I ordered 2 stuffed snowballs. There's ice cream at the bottom!!! I ordered a medium toasted coconut and my husband ordered a large blackberry cobbler. We loved what we ordered and the people working were very nice!!!

We sometimes go to Enzo's table after a long late night and find this wonderful food truck here. This place has the BEST gourmet snow ones, I live them. They have very unique flavors that are delicious, and I love that the ice is not chunky and is very finely shaved down. If you are feeling a good sweet Snow cone come to this truck.

Not your typical snow cone! The ice was super fluffy and soft which melted right in my mouth. I got the Georgia Sunset and it wasn't super sweet. It had the perfect amount of flavor!

We were super disappointed when we had to cancel our upcoming Hawaii vacation. One of our favorite activities in seeking out the best shaved ice on the islands. The biggest difference between the great shaved ice and everyone else is the ice, it should melt as it touches your tongue not require your teeth to break apart, and sno cafe has mastered the difference.Beyond the ice the majority of the syrups taste fresh and not artificial. My first time there I had the pineapple mango chamoy and I thought I was hooked and going to keep getting it. On a last minute change I switched to the Georgia sunset the next time and now do not know what to order they are both amazing. My daughter loves the strawberry and refuses to get anything else.They are definitely worth seeking out and are quickly becoming part of our daily routine.

Excellent Snow Cones! Very finely shaved ice, that hits the spot on a hot summer day in Fresno. The flavors are great as well! Blackberry cobbler snoball is my favorite. (Snoball just refers to them putting in a scoop of vanilla ice cream below the shaved ice) a little pricey for a snow cone but very good and satisfying. Be sure to check their times and location online because they are a good truck and they move from place to place. Give them a try!
