Highly recommend retraining employees in customer service. Since phone is disconnected, I could not reach anybody to help me. The drive thru person deliberately ignored my order, 2 slushees. So I came to the door to question the issue. The manager had no communication skills and when she was asked for her name, she dodged the question. Her solution was to call Clovis PD instead. For the first time ever, I chose to go to Sonic this morning for breakfast. I download the app, set up an account, put in my card info, and place a mobile order. I park, check in, and wait. I'm sitting there for at least 5 minutes (it's now been 10 minutes since I placed my order for a breakfast burrito combo). I remember when this Sonic first opened. Big difference. Me and my Daughter went last night for a bite and it been awhile since we been there. And right away seeing how Un kept the place his and then the girl taking our order seemed confused were we had to repeat the order about 5 times. So we get our food which came out to about $51 and she doesn’t give us a receipt and takes the money and comes back with the change and does t say a word.
