“I took a 15 min drive out to this Subway on Academy since no Subway in Clovis accepted the new coupons. I ordered 3 different sandwiches which were ready and sitting on the counter when I arrived. A very friendly employee waited on me and handed me my order. When I got home and opened up my sandwiches, each one was identified and made perfectly just as I ordered. I will be returning to this Subway even though it is further then the one 2 min from my home.“
“I go to this particular Subway because the food is always fresh and it tastes very good. The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating to my specific orders. Also, they ACTUALLY TAKE the coupon that's in the local mailer which is why I go here instead of the Subway that's on the S/E corner of Ashlan and Fowler Aves which is closer, but DOESN'T take the coupon.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of healthy and veg diet options.Parking: Plenty of nearby and out front parking.“
“First time at this location. Next time I’ll be very specific on what I want and how much of it I want on my sandwich. I usually love everything in my sandwich. Except this time. The staff squeezed too much mayo on my sandwich. I’m not a big fan of mayo. They make the sandwiches quickly and I didn’t have time to tell her to take some mayo off. I thought it would even out once all the toppings were on but unfortunately it didn’t. Mayo oozed out of everywhere. Lesson learned for next time. Otherwise my Spicy Italian sandwich hit the spot.“

“The reason for the 5-Star Review is due to the phenomenal quality of food as always. However, it’s pains me to say that the 2 employees working the counter needed to keep their emotions and personal issues out of the work place. One young lady continued to slam all of the company equipment such as glass doors, trays, etc while the other young lady continuously forgot details regarding orders. She mentioned a racist comment towards an Indian woman, which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary for me to hear. She assumed she was vegetarian which is both ethically and morally wrong. They both reasoned with the fact that they were “busy” and that was why their service was so unprofessional. The youth of this generation and generations to come need to understand the importance of providing great customer service. It is the fundamental core to making it in this world. I genuinely wish them the best and hope that they continue their education in workplace etiquette.“
