Fava Beans with Dill "Tahdeeg" Rice with Lamb Shank (Baghala-Polo Ba Maheecheh)
Lamb shank braised in savory turmeric gravy served with "Tahdeeg" rice mixed fresh fava leans and spring dills. Prepared with fresh meat, freshly and slowly cooked our "Tahdeeg" and rice are slowly steamed-cooked and flavored with saffron.

Charmed-roasted explant, slow-roasted tomatoes, Sautéed garlic, and scrambled eggs. Served with in house fresh baked Persian flatbread.

Yogurt and cucumber dip (mast-o Khiar). Yogurt and shallot dip (mast-o Musser), eggplant and whey dip (Kashk-o Baademjaan), tomato, and cucumber topped with French feta cheese. Served with in house fresh baked Persian flatbread.

Pomegranate Stew with Chicken (Chelo "Tahdeeg" Khoresh-e Fesenjaan)

Fresh Herb Stew (Chelo "Tahdeeg" Khoresh-e Ghormeh Sabzi)

😊My husband and I are loyal customers and have taken our friends and family to enjoy their amazing food. The staff is friendly, helpful and very attentive. I took my friend there for a lunch today and was so proud of the delicious food and kind staff. Ghafari is always hospitable and courteous, and we look forward to seeing him there.
