On 2/3/22, We ordered 50 pieces of wings and other food for $70. They packed it in a bag and taped it up. We were advised not to break the seal. We trusted that they had the count correct. The time we got home, the kids had opened the box and began eating the wings and fries. While the kids were eating, we started to notice there were only 2 boxes that had chicken wings. This place for online order has poor service. I made an online order but was cancel on Monday. It the next week on Wednesday already and I have not yet received my refund. Spoke to the general manager of that store and she said she can't give me a refund only online orders are handled by her direct manager. Contact him through text and he said he processed the transaction and it will take 24 hour to process it, now it's been 48 hours and the direct manager is now saying it out...read full review

So I got the 5 piece thighs combo and half the box was filled with fry oil that the chicken was just sitting In and made them soft and gross. You guys need to put fried chicken in the containers properly draining as much fry oil from them as possible so they don't get soggy.
