Doesn't deserve 1 star. Place is dirty. Menu is a year old. Restroom are closed for customers. Took almost an hour for me to finally get my orders.

On 2/3/22, We ordered 50 pieces of wings and other food for $70. They packed it in a bag and taped it up. We were advised not to break the seal. We trusted that they had the count correct. The time we got home, the kids had opened the box and began eating the wings and fries. While the kids were eating, we started to notice there were only 2 boxes that had chicken wings. There's typically 4 boxes of chicken wing for 50 peices. There's no way 50 chicken wings fit in two boxes. We called the Wing Stop on Herndon/Sunnyside and advised them of the issue. The assistant manager, Mari (if I remember her name correctly) continued to interrupt me and told me to let her speak, so I let her. She accused me of lying and just a way for me to get more chicken wings. After she was done talking, I explained to her any reasonable person would believe There's no way 50 chicken wings can fit in 2 boxes. She interrupted me again, called me a liar, and told me I was being rude to her. I told her I would just like a refund for the missing chicken wings. Mari advised we were not able to get a refund and to just fill out a survey of our experience. I requested to speak to the manager. Mari stated she was the manager. I was a regular customer and know for a fact Mari was not the head manager and was most likely an assisting manager. I asked for the manager again. Mari hung up on us. I called the restaurant again and was able to speak to the head Manager Madison. I advised her of the phone conversation with Mari and the missing boxes of chicken. Madison was polite the entire time and advised we were able to get a refund for the missing chicken. I advised I would be at the location in 16 minutes. When we arrived, Clovis PD was at the location and watched us the entire time. It's safe to bet Mari or one of the employees had contacted the police on us. We entered Wing Stop and spoke to Madison. She was polite the entire time and was able to give us the refund of the missing chicken wings after showing her photos of the order we received. Madison agreed that there's no way 50 pieces would fit in 2 boxes. I asked if Mari worked here. Madison advised she was only a temporary assistant manager at this location and works at a different Wing Stop. I advised Madison I'll be putting in a good word for her but I will be contacting the district manager and filing a complaint against Mari. As soon as we left the restaurant, Clovis PD left.

This place for online order has poor service. I made an online order but was cancel on Monday. It the next week on Wednesday already and I have not yet received my refund. Spoke to the general manager of that store and she said she can't give me a refund only online orders are handled by her direct manager. Contact him through text and he said he processed the transaction and it will take 24 hour to process it, now it's been 48 hours and the direct manager is now saying it out of his hand. I mean okay it only a little less then $50 but come on why does a refund have to be back-and-forth. I order stuff online at Walmart or Target and if I cancel I receive my refund with in 24 hour or I get my refund at the store. NEVER, NEVER again online orders from this Wingstop. There Communication through managers are not professional.

So I got the 5 piece thighs combo and half the box was filled with fry oil that the chicken was just sitting In and made them soft and gross. You guys need to put fried chicken in the containers properly draining as much fry oil from them as possible so they don't get soggy.

On 8/31 I used their app to order food. The food that was delivered was NOT from Wingstop. I have tried numerous times since then but cannot get anyone from Wingstop to acknowledge me or the problem other than an initial call where the store and DoorDash (who they apparently use) blaming the other company. I spent over and hour on the phone being shuffled around. Since the. No replies to the Wingstop supposed help form or several emails. Terrible service. Will never return.

I ordered some fries from this place and I got them with no seasoning at all (accidents happen, I wasn't upset). I called in and they said I could get a replacement next time I went, but then the next time I ordered and told them about what happened, a lady named Patricia told me she made those fries herself and that she made them properly. After trying to convince her that the fries had absolutely no seasoning she finally decided to give me my replacement. When I got my replacement fries, and some wings as well, I found out that she completely drowned my fries with seasoning, to the point where it was disgusting, she also did this with my dry rub wings. I feel like she did this because she didn't believe me about the accident with my last order and thought I was trying to get free fries, so she decided to ruin my food to get her point across. If you come to this location and a girl named Patricia works here, run the other way!

I used to work at a wingstop so I always have high expectations! I ordered my lunch early just so I can wait longer!??When I opened the bag and I grabbed my ranches both of them half filled! I didn't pay extra for half cup of ranch! The girl in the front jasmin looked so lost! And didn't even have her hat on which makes her out of uniform! So disappointed if I can give negative stars I would definitely not coming back again

DISGUSTING!! They say their food is FRESH made to order. Yea right !! My wings BOTH bone in and boneless were so DRY and CHEWY!! Fries were DOUBLE FRIED and just BURNT TASTE!! Called and they said they don't do refunds and that I had to bring the food back. If you don't do refunds or anything then why bring the food back and especially if I'm already driving out of town!!! Will NEVER GO BACK!!! Poor customer service and HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!! Didn't post a picture of the wings since they are BBQ and dark and can't tell they are over fried and covered in bland sauce.

This Wingstop made my wings raw and still red in middle. I threw it away immediately! I had to wait extra 30 minutes and that I was ok with but my chicken was still raw. I'm not happy. I wanted to call to get this situated but I threw away my receipt. I hope management sees this and get me squared away.

Customer service sucks . Because of COVID they have a table between you and the register where you order. And I can not hear the employee taking my order because music was so loud. So I kept asking him to repeat and he was annoyed with me.

I'm sorry to write this, because I don't believe that anyone is messing up on purpose, but that being said, we understand it is a situation with the pandemic and so patience is necessary. We were told 30 mins for our food to be ready for pickup. We waited 40 to leave our house. When we arrived there were bags all over the counter and a line of people waiting outside. OK, we waited our turn. Once we got inside we paid and were asked to wait outside...gladly. 15 mins pass. 25 mins pass. We decide to leave and come back. Must have been another 20 minutes. So we finally come back and they haven't even started our food... What??! The manager was notified and she jumped on our order from there. So here we are 2 hours later and just getting our food now. They don't have a system that seems to be working well and customers are just lined up outside not really sure on what to do. Someone please help this crew!
