I called to order over the phone as I’ve been doing for a decade (literally 10 years) and was told “I’ve worked here for 11 years and we don’t take orders over the phone.”
I said, I’ve been ordering over the phone a long time and was still told “No.”
The new manager doesn’t care about customers, just about corporate rules. I used to order a lot of food here, but I don’t plan on coming back ever based on how rudely I was treated.
