Just got these chicken tenders from Del Taco and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. Look at how thin these things are! They're basically just flat, stretched-out chicken nuggets.
The menu pictures totally misled me. They show these big, juicy, hand-breaded tenders that look amazing. What I actually got? These skinny, obviously frozen strips that could've come straight from a Tyson bag in the grocery store freezer section.
For what they charge, this feels like a total letdown. If you're craving real chicken tenders with actual meat to them, save your money and go somewhere else. These might work if you're desperate and just need something to dunk in sauce, but they're nothing like what was advertised.

I always am impressed when an organization goes the extra mile to demonstrate superior service recovery. I heard back from the store and corporate relations. I ameager to patronize Del Taco again soon. Bravo!
Taco shells were stale and brittle. They broke into pieces when eating immediately after being served. Quesadilla tortilla was badly scorched. Asked for mild sauce, that was not provided. No receipt was given at the drive through.
I've been a happy Del Taco customer for over 50-years, never had such a bad experience before. Hopefully the leadership can restore quality back into the equation at the Coachella location. The team there failed to meet nearly every quality standard.
Glad to have heard back from the owner of Del Taco in Coachella. Goal was to assist leadership in restoring quality standards through staff in service.

Food was as expected. Service was good. Restaurant was very clean.
Don’t waist your time coming here, this is the worst place ever! Reasons why 1.) Can’t take orders correctly even when specified 2.)Their costumer service is the worst and they even laugh at you when you go and complain 3.)The food is done horribly wrong The supervisor Letty is so rude, I honestly don’t understand how they put people like that in those types of positions she needs to be fired, if not, demoted immediately! I wish I can give this place Zero stars because don’t even deserve one.

Decided to have a bite on our way to Augustine Casino and a quick potty break... terrible. Aside from the so so food you'd expect, everything inside was absolutely dirty! This place needs a good scrub down with Ajax and then bleach. Just look at the bathroom, never again!

Yesterday I ordered for me and my wife. My order number was #14. I got 5 snack tacos with extra lettuce, medium french fries and a chili cheese fries with extra cheese&chile, beans and bacon. When we got home we saw that the cooks didn't do our food right. My wife's 5 tacos didn't have any extra lettuce and I got charged for it. And my chili cheese fries didn't have the extra cheese&chili. I don't know why you guys have cooks that only goof around and can not satisfy customers needs. This place needs a new manager and employees. Very disappointed for Coachella Del Taco. Everywhere else does a better job than this location.

I am currently in the drive thru. I am stuck and have been waiting 9 mins as the 3rd car in line and still haven't even made my order. There are only 3 cars here. This place is absolutely trash. Now as soon as I pull up the introduction is " you need to wait a few minutes"
Update took over 30 mins, did not get ONE thing I actually ordered and a soda that had ZERO ice in it.
Again there were only 3 cars there.
Anyone that ever tells me fast food employees deserve more than minimum wage will hear me respond that the absolutely worthless imbeciles at this location prove them wrong.
