Guamuchil Reviews
Good food and good service. Worth the drive to Coachella.
This place was absolutely delicious. The camarones zarandeados were super delicious the flavor is amazingly delicious and the chipotle sauce is literally the best i have had. The Maleficio Coctel was perfect the salciado is perfect does not need anything. The service was above exceptional from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Will definitely be coming back to try other things as everything they brought to other tables looked so delicious.
The food here is great 👍🏻, spicy but great, and the service is really good

Located in Coachella, Guamuchil offers a unique and artful experience with food presentation. The restaurant features a very large menu with lots of variety and lots of sauces to choose from. Specific dishes mentioned include the Guamuchil Roll, a roll like Cemetery Yaki wrapped around fried shrimp, a very large sushi cake, breaded fish, shrimp, fries, green and red marlin tacos, marinated shrimp that was very tender, and a super good fish taco fried with cheese on a purple tortilla. The food is always so good, tasty, plentiful, and fresh. The owner is so nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful, though service can be slow and sometimes horrible, with confusion on orders and long waits. The restaurant has a drive-through, which some found off-putting, but the seafood/sushi ambiance is enjoyable. It is considered the best place for seafood in the Coachella Valley, perfect for a special occasion, with solid food that is worth the wait.
