Very nice, clean, quick service.
I came in for an app order to-go for Olga @ 10:51 am and they seriously put a cup of creamer WITHOUT a stopper on the lid in a bag. It spilled all over my car. I’m pretty disappointed that the lid had an opening without a stopper IN A PAPER BAG that’s pretty reckless. Coffee was perfect so I will give good stars there 👍🏼
Customer service was very poor and upsetting because never has this happened to me before at this location. Very rude when ordering my coffee and wasn’t very polite. Upon payment it was a different experience very upbeat and smiles from cashier. I also am putting this review to let management know this isn’t the first I’ve purchased coffee from this location and being charged an item to have put in my drink and it’s not being delivered. An app order to-go had a cup of creamer without a stopper in a paper bag, which spilled. Drinks can be watered down with too much ice, making them bland, especially for the price. The drive thru line is always busy and reaches the gas station at peak times, and customers are often left on hold. Despite these problems, it is considered the best Starbucks location in the Coachella Valley, with a positive vibe and customers who are greeted by name.
