Went there thinking it would be good experience based on previous times from few years eating at Baja Fresh. The food sucked, it is now similar to Chipotle, you pick your options and they put it together. They were out of half the stuff. Service was severely lacking and uninterested

This one off the highway, prices are 20 dollars a bowl. The chicken bowl tasted old and like what wet dog smells like. The fountain machine was broke, and the girl at the counter was rude who was ringing up my order, had full attitude, (sticking her ungloved hand into my cup)😒 even though the sign said use the Subway fountain machine. (The other girl who made the bowl was nice and pleasant. Waste of 23 dollars. 08/10/25 4:25pm.
Should have chose Subway.

0 stars. The guy “E” who took our order and prepared it was extremely rude and unhelpful plus our food was somehow cold.

Made us wait 45 minutes for guac and chips, ignored us without giving reason and made other customers go around us without explaining to us that they're "working on the order" even though people in front of us ordered guac. The short Hispanic guy is rude and has a horrible attitude with facial expressions to match that energy. We eventually left after 45 minutes without even a sorry. They don't care at all. The least who went to make the guac never came back and never mentioned that's what she left to do. We had to ask what's going on.
We're on a trip, short on time. Never visiting a Baja fresh again in my life
Sergio and Jasmine, who were working the counter on Christmas Eve, were so kind, warm and awesome. They were a bright spot on the long trek up North. The food was great too!

They were closed an hour earlier than their posted hours. They locked the doors leading directly to their side. Subway was still open - but they're both locally owned/operated per their own signs. The worker was not very nice. A bunch of people showed up after me, too. Why you closing on the tail end of the dinner rush? I would not purposely stop in this city again.

The girl with the chain & the big lashes working around 8:00 pm needs to learn how to treat customers. Whole time she was being so rude while we were ordering honestly should’ve just walked out.
