IMO, the grilled shrimp Baja Bowl was very tasty when compared to the usual burger joints at most of the typical fuel stops that can accommodate a CMV in California on I-5.

Place was full of insects. Nacho chips had several insects on the chip. We brought it up to the cashier. Did not care at all. She was too busy trying to close down than give good service. Please clean up the floors and all the infestation. We got sick Please never stop there not even for gas. It was the worst experience ever.

Delicious vegan impossible tacos once you remove the cheese and sour cream. The beans are tasty, and the guacamole was flavorful with crispy chips.Definitely the best vegan fast food Mexican.

It was THE WORST stake fajita ever. The rice was undercooked, the meat?? I tried to cover it with sauce to trick myself to eat. The grilled bell peppers and onions along with the pico de gallo was spoiled. I got it to eat on my way to LA otherwise I would have gone back for my money. The only thing that was edible was the sour cream. So I paid abt $16 for 1 table spoon of sour cream.

Baja Fresh is the Wish.com Chipotle. We needed a quick lunch on our road trip to LA, and Baja Fresh was... there. The sole employee was very kind and helpful, but the food was not so stellar. They don't have Impossible Meat because it's an "Express" version of the establishment. Big bummer because that's what I wanted to order. So I opted for the veggie burrito. Everything inside the burrito was cold. Not flavorful. I couldn't really detect the guacamole or cheese. And the store itself is quite run down, dingy, and, all around, not a place that looks like it should sell food. I got a few bites into my burrito, found a hair, and decided it was not for me. Is it Baja Fresh or Baja Flop...?
