Stopped in for a beer mellow atmosphere but really cool vibe and a great Porter on tap! Owner is shy but very nice.

I think it's still early in this breweries life, so one day I may go back and update. But at this point, when I was there they only had 2 of their options, a session IPA and a Porter. I wasn't really a fan the IPA, but I thought the porter was solid. The beertender was friendly

I was traveling from San Francisco to San Diego, and made a fantastic decision to get off the main 5 freeway at highway 33 to meander a change of scenery. Along my route stumbled into a sleepy town for fuel and a bite to eat. Found a cool brewery that may have recently cooked up a batch because the smell of cookies and a bready mash was in the air. I did bring and share some of my brewery stickers that I happend to have collected which added to cordial conversation.

Asked for and they kindly filled my growler with a light cold IPA, and by light I meant the IBU & abv. was a what could have been 60 & 5.%+/-.

Had to continue on with my 4 hour drive, so only able to drink half a pint, parted with handshake and commitment to visit again.

Arrived home, a bit wound up from sitting to long. With a pleasant surprise remembered that I had some elixir in the trunk, so with a michevious smile, started my routine, poured a pint and sat quietly on the porch to unwind (see picture). Now reminiscing, resolving my thoughts (fingersnap) I should have had filled my 2nd growler.

***Encourage you to make the time to pull off the 5 freeway***

I say to the owner and staff, "Thank you for the hospitality you shared with me and my Mom". Will gladly make another visit off the grid on my next trip up north.

Travelers, enjoy the drive, and do stop by to support small business. And like anything with responsible moderation.

This is a great local brewery. The owner opened up at 4:30 p.m. just so we could get a pint. Support this place!!!

We were driving through Colinga and decided to see if there was any breweries. Found Colinga Brewery. Small place with a great IPA and Porter. Stop by and give it try. It will surprise you.

This brand new brewery in Coalinga, Ca is off the beaten path and it is still evolving as they slowly but surely add more craft beers to their line up.Come check it out before it becomes popular, trendy and crowded.
