I think it's still early in this breweries life, so one day I may go back and update. But at this point, when I was there they only had 2 of their options, a session IPA and a Porter. I wasn't really a fan the IPA, but I thought the porter was solid.The beertender was friendly

I was traveling from San Francisco to San Diego, and made a fantastic decision to get off the main 5 freeway at highway 33 to meander a change of scenery. Along my route stumbled into a sleepy town for fuel and a bite to eat. Found a cool brewery that may have recently cooked up a batch because the smell of cookies and a bready mash was in the air. We were driving through Colinga and decided to see if there was any breweries. Found Colinga Brewery. Small place with a great IPA and Porter. Stop by and give it try. It will surprise you.
