Service is quick even during a rush. Never had an issue with the employees. Good atmosphere, also love that the kids have a place to play. That's rare for a McDonald's nowadays.

McDonalds on W Elm Ave in Coalinga was a nice experience. It was quiet, and orderly, and people were friendly. It was particularly nice that the parking spot I took have shade. The one loss of a star is due to the rather drab quality of the chicken sandwich that I had ordered. Otherwise, the cleanliness, organization, speed, and service were all up to par.

Dont use the APP... I placed my order went to pick it up. I was told my order was not ready and that I would have to cancel my order and redo it and they would charge me again at the register even though I've already been charged

It's really sad that McDonald's has gone to nothing but those stupid screens when you walk in which is so much slower than just giving your order to an attendant I know they want to save money on employees.

McDonald's is getting worse every time we visit. Food tastes like a TV Dinner! Now if you want to dine in, so you can immediately complain about the wrong order, cold food, or mistake in food ordered. You have to wait in line to order through a stupid kiosk, wait in line for food, plus ask for Napkins, Straws, Condiments, and Refills. So now the drive-thru line is extremely long due to walk-in traffic. So if I'm going to wait in line for a bad burger, I'm going to wait in line for a great burger and fries at In & Out Burger. No Brainer...
Parking: Pay your employees to fry burgers and take food orders!

went there because google said that it was still open, ordered a few meals and waited there at the curbside expecting someone to bring my orders but instead they leave the store, and saw my car still waiting for my meal instead of letting me know that the store is already close they just leave the store, i was waiting for 30 mins, until the kitchen light was off. no respect no nothing.
Really great food great atmosphere but the employee that helped me charged me when I only wanted to redeem my points I gave my code but they didn't use my points

I did this review years ago. When I was there I used the restroom and saw an employee use the bathroom and did not wash her hands. I went and reported it to the manager….who wasn’t phased. I made the manager get that employee who was in the back and go wash her hands. The employee and manager were irritated with me but I couldn’t leave knowing what was going on. I was completely shocked by it all. Love the DMV in Coalinga but eeeeeck not the McD’s in their town!!🤮🤢🤮

Very bad experience, my girlfriend applied to work at McDonald's from 1-5. They interviewed her, they assured her that she would have the orientation on the 29th of this month, she went to the orientation and they found out that the guy from McDonald's was I forgot to tell the girl to do the interviews and so they returned to all the people who had interviews that day and changed them until 3 weeks later!!!
