McDonald's is getting worse every time we visit. Food tastes like a TV Dinner! Now if you want to dine in, so you can immediately complain about the wrong order, cold food, or mistake in food ordered. You have to wait in line to order through a stupid kiosk, wait in line for food, plus ask for Napkins, Straws, Condiments, and Refills. So now the drive-thru line is extremely long due to walk-in traffic. So if I'm going to wait in line for a bad burger, I'm going to wait in line for a great burger and fries at In & Out Burger. No Brainer...
Parking: Pay your employees to fry burgers and take food orders!

went there because google said that it was still open, ordered a few meals and waited there at the curbside expecting someone to bring my orders but instead they leave the store, and saw my car still waiting for my meal instead of letting me know that the store is already close they just leave the store, i was waiting for 30 mins, until the kitchen light was off. no respect no nothing.

I did this review years ago. When I was there I used the restroom and saw an employee use the bathroom and did not wash her hands. I went and reported it to the manager….who wasn’t phased. I made the manager get that employee who was in the back and go wash her hands. The employee and manager were irritated with me but I couldn’t leave knowing what was going on. I was completely shocked by it all. Love the DMV in Coalinga but eeeeeck not the McD’s in their town!!🤮🤢🤮

Very bad experience, my girlfriend applied to work at McDonald's from 1-5. They interviewed her, they assured her that she would have the orientation on the 29th of this month, she went to the orientation and they found out that the guy from McDonald's was I forgot to tell the girl to do the interviews and so they returned to all the people who had interviews that day and changed them until 3 weeks later!!!

It was 109F outside and we stopped here en route to Visalia, the restaurant was clean, self service kiosk for ordering, staff attentive to help us use the kiosk to place order and be seated while waiting. The restroom was clean and hygienic. ? Ordered were on point and crispy. Sunday too was delightful in the blistering heat outside. Will definitely stop here again.

Really bad experience today I order from the kiosks there was another person ordering but couldn’t she ask for help the lady turn around and told her Il be there with an attitude I ask her for ketchup and hot sauce extended my hand to get the condiments she just thrown then on the counter I was like wow really when I ask her for her name she just kept walking saw that she was helping another person on the kiosk ask her again what’s you’re name she pointed at the name tag saw her name was VERONICA she has an ugly attitude and she was a manager. If she doesn’t like working and helping people I think she is on the wrong place someone should really send her to customer training again.
