Fast and great service overall. But why does the time they open says 6. We sat there for 10 minutes even drove up to the window and staff just looked at us. Date 04/21/2024 didn't even have the courtesy to let us know if they were actually opened or not. Yet they were making drinks which means pre-orders were coming in. Very disappointed on today's staff.
Cost more then other coffee places but always have what I like. Coffee Bean juice hot.

I used to work at starbucks and the customer service and ethic of making drinks was prominent with little to no error. So I can understand being under pressure of having so many customers. But it is more than insulting to me by giving me a improperly made drink numerous times simply because your team is too busy talking and not sequencing drink making where it takes your “baristas’s” longer than 10 minutes, and they have that much time and they still make it incorrectly. I thought the ethos of being a barista was to make the customers feel satisfied with a warm welcoming atmosphere and having a refreshing beverage to carry throughout the rest of their day. I’m baffled that this store is even still functional and I do hope someone gets fed up enough to throw their drinks at your baristas simply because of how sloppy and uncaring they are about the culture of coffee making.Bottom line - Pathetic.Have a good day though!??
