Fast and great service overall. But why does the time they open says 6. We sat there for 10 minutes even drove up to the window and staff just looked at us. Date 04/21/2024 didn't even have the courtesy to let us know if they were actually opened or not. Yet they were making drinks which means pre-orders were coming in. Very disappointed on today's staff.
Cost more then other coffee places but always have what I like. Coffee Bean juice hot.

I used to work at starbucks and the customer service and ethic of making drinks was prominent with little to no error. So I can understand being under pressure of having so many customers. But it is more than insulting to me by giving me a improperly made drink numerous times simply because your team is too busy talking and not sequencing drink making where it takes your “baristas’s” longer than 10 minutes, and they have that much time and they still make it incorrectly. I thought the ethos of being a barista was to make the customers feel satisfied with a warm welcoming atmosphere and having a refreshing beverage to carry throughout the rest of their day. I’m baffled that this store is even still functional and I do hope someone gets fed up enough to throw their drinks at your baristas simply because of how sloppy and uncaring they are about the culture of coffee making.Bottom line - Pathetic.Have a good day though!??

Only in town a few days. First visit was late morning today. Staff here was excellent and very efficient. Like that they have a lot of inside seating. Location is great with plenty of parking. Admittedly, I had my full PSL fix today along with pumpkin muffin. Now and then it's a good treat. Everything tasted great.

The staff is super polite! My drinks are always on point & if they happen to forget something they don't get mad when you let them know.
It is the worst coffee service I have received, I have traveled to some places and stopped for a coffee and the service here is horrible, they are also racist people, horrible but what can be expected from a classist place, just because it is a coffee that we found open almost always.
Starbucks had me waiting for 25 min in drive thru ...I watched them hand out free drinks for those who have been waiting . As soon I got there I paid, I'm upset 25 minutes and to top it off the girl in drive thru is so rude I mean rude..so disappointed in Starbucks
