Ordered through the app on 6/14/25 at 8:23pm. Arrived to store at 8:35pm tables and chairs piled on top of each other blocking their entrance, asked female employee if she was still open since she had her open sign up. She told me she had been closed for the past 30 minutes and she never accepted my order since she had closed at that time already. I asked for a receipt for voided transaction or anything. She said since she never accepted my order she canāt itās on her tablet still and even if she wanted to she canāt since she needs a manager pin and sheās been gone for a while. āCall tomorrow if you get charged.ā I ended up ordering food further down at a different subway. Got charged two days later called store no one answers rings three times then gets denied. Donāt order here order down at the EZ trip ten minutes away but worth it.

itās currently 5:55p and thereās a lobby full of people, the single sandwich artist on shift has already begun shutting down bane (4hrs ahead of close) and has gone back to retrieve put away ingredients 5x as of writing. She is ignoring 10 people in the lobby to work on pick up orders. Weāve been here TWENTY minutes. Will also be contacting corporate.

If take 12inch sandwich with tuna fish 2scups sny other location charga 6,89 or 9,98$ but this location cherga 12and couple cent too expensive never come snd never advise anybody

Old dirty and I got served old cookies for my children staff denied they were old yet it was apparent they were days old stale .. yuck.. I don't reccomend this place poor health standards lazy!

We tried foot long cookie,pretzel and churro as brunch while traveling with kids.its good brunch spot.
Vegetarian options: Pretzel,churro and cookie.these are the vegetarian options I got.
There were (2) people in line before me but they were promptly provided service. There were (2) employees working behind the counter. One took my order and added the meat, cheese and veggie items I requested. She even offered to cut my sandwich and add sriracha sauce to one side of the sandwich and individually wrap them since I was going to share it.The other employee worked the register and took my payment. The restaurant has an open and spacious feel to it. Subway is located inside a store with a community bathroom which was dirty with toilet paper on the ground in 3 of the 4 stalls. One bathroom was out of order and (2) stalls had toilets that were not flushing but were full of suprises for the next guest who opens the stall door. (This was the women's bathroom) I guess no one cleans the bathrooms throughout the day. Besides the bathroom ordeal, the service at Subway was good.
Parking: Subway is located inside the store at a gas station with limited parking. We parked at the gas pump.

Charged $3 for mozzarella on half the sub. They did not tell me about it at all- had to see it on my receipt after. When I brought it up- they acknowledged it was wrong but would not fix it.

For an off the freeway eatery, the sandwich was very good. However, the person who took our order & helped prep the sandwich wasn't very enthusiastic. She obviously didn't like her job. The other person was a lot friendlier & helpful but she wasn't the one who took our order.
closing time shows 8 pm but she close at 7:35 pm she is hurry to shut early same problem 2-3 times
