Forcing customers in dining area to use kiosk (line of 6 people for one functioning kiosk and refused to help at counter). If you force customer to self check out then let’s lower prices for lack of service

Great alternative to the really busy McDonalds next to it. Ample parking, friendly staff. Restroom was kind of small but it was clean.

Walked in and sat down intending to order from the app. Table was dirty, seat was sticky, floor had food on it (had to wipe my shoes off) and it smelled rank in the lobby. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Crazy that at an empty restaurant at 2 in the afternoon that 4 employees took 20 minutes to assemble 2 tacos and 2 burritos. Makes me wonder what the heck they were doing the whole time.

By any menas do not stop here at list not late at night, Stopped here and they did not have most of the items then later I ended up getting an item witch they said they didn’t not have I had to get off and tell them what’s going on why did I get this item if there was none be careful people please

My experience started at the drive thru, but a voice over the speaker told me they were not taking orders at the drive thru right now. When I go in, I ask to try the new chicken nuggets, but they didn't have them right now. I asked if they have the nacho fries, but they are not available. At this point, I just ask for my normal order, the same one I've ordered at dozens of other Taco Bells up and down the coast.

They were bomb as hell. All the ratios were on point. Rice was fluffy. Beans were perfect. No notes, this is an iconic Taco Bell experience. See you next time I pass by.

How can you serve food without spoon and fork? We went inside Taco Bell for Dine-in and upon receiving our order, lady at the counter said they are out of spoon and fork they only have knives. How do I eat my salad ? This is bad customer service which reflects owner/manager of this Taco Bell does not do a good job in managing inventory while having 1000 of useless mild, medium, spicy sauce that half of the population waste it.
