We stopped in for a quick bite, and only waited maybe 2 minutes before our food was ready, so very speedy if you're in a rush, but maybe that's what has led to my upsetting review. I ordered a beefy 5 layer and two bean and cheese burritos. I modified the burrito to include an extra serving of beef. So there should have been beef (×2), beans, nacho cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese. My burrito was missing sour cream and was smaller than the bean and cheese burritos, though it was supposed to have extra beef. I brought it to their attention and was challenged immediately on what my burrito supposed to have. I had to explain the ingredients. She took it to add the sour cream, and I reminded her the beef was short, to which she responded, 'this is the scoop for the beef' in a way to excuse my accusation, though I didn't accuse. It was a fact. If you made a mistake with the sour cream, then you easily could've done the same with the beef. The workers I spoke with were clearly younger and unprofessional. They seemed to care more about a social construct than the bare minimum at work. I will not be returning, and I will inform others as well.

Food was served cold. When asked to be given fresh one, manager Adrian wouldn’t serve the order fresh. Quite rude and disrespectful. Kept repeating we served it hot and it’s not their fault it gets cold. Order was picked in 2 mins precisely to which he replied it’s gets cold in that time. Wasn’t planning on visiting again but wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there as well. So disappointed.

Now this is a prime Taco Bell. Super clean inside, nice wooden booths, quick service, and free fast wifi which is great since theres little service here. 9/10
I recently visited the Taco Bell off the I-5 and had a fantastic experience! The service was incredibly fast, even with it packed from a bus full of people. I barely had to wait a few minutes before my food was ready. The employees were super chill and welcoming, making sure I was good. It's great to see such efficient and courteous service. I'll definitely be coming back!

I am very pleased with this place. My order was made fast with perfect portioning. The restaurant was very clean and restrooms were well maintained. This Tacobell is always a must every time I travel. The gentleman that took my order was very kind and offered me suggestions on what to get. His name was Adrian. He made sure my food was done accurately and suggested on trying the new Cantina Menu. I am very pleased.
