This is a very good Taco Bell, good service, and I’ve always enjoyed the food! Most of the time the order is correct. Very rarely have they got it wrong. Good attitudes from the staff.

I went to Tacobell today at 10:30 ordered my food and was told to wait in the front, the little rude girl working walked to my car and said is this yours? I said what’s in it? She gave me the bag and said “I don’t know look” and it wasn’t my order!! So I had ruined someone’s order! I then honked for them because the girl didn’t answer me when she walked away she ignored me ! So I went to the drive thru and the manager I’m assuming said we gave u the wrong order, they sent me to the front again for my order to be wrong again! (I had missing items) when I told them the girl who came to my car dawged me and gave me attitude she was on the phone as well with her head set! look on the camera they had a lot of people in there cars in the front I wasn’t the only customer! And my food was all wrong again! I left , the workers who worked tonight 8/18/23 they all were confused by orders and didn’t know what to do, it’s really sad when people give there customers attitude for no reason, we paid and ordered and we expect the food we get? Why get mad when we ask for our missing food? Uncalled for attitude hardly any talking no interaction, no customer service, no smile, all anger. they all need to be spoken to or get another job it’s really upsetting. They all will defend each other as well because that’s how it goes but watch your cameras in and out! It was terrible! never going bad that was sad customer service, I would also tell you there names but none of them were wearing name tags but I posted the date and time!

definition of fast food! no line on Monday afternoon & they cranked out my order in minutes! there's always a new creation to try - the crispy chicken taco w avocado ranch was surprisingly good (or I was just too hungry lol)Vegetarian options: can't go wrong w rice & bean burritos and their potato soft tacos!

forgot to give us food we paid for. Then it happened again in my friends car right behind us at 10:30pm on Thursday night. Just wrong. She made us go back in line just for that and wasted a half hour of our time.
