The burger is below grade D beef. Like the cafeteria burger at my old HS was better and that one was disgusting. The footlong hotdog came cold and the grade of hotdog was worse than the cheapest hotdog you've ever had. This place is gross. The worker Catherine complained when we ordered a shake and said these shakes will be the death of me, I'm putting out orders, making shakes, taking orders...well, that's your job! She did not allow these larger customers in front of us to sit at a table in the back because they didn't fit in the booth, she said the area was closed, I felt bad for them.

I had a burger and fries, and I think the burger and bun were sitting around all day waiting for someone to buy them - died out and stale. They just slapped a tomato and onions on the burger and gave me some very mediocre fries. I won’t go back.

Somebody's trying to cut costs. They got rid of their handmade shakes and now use an automated pre-mix machine. Get rid of that stupid order delivery robot and bring back the handmade milkshakes. We used to come here specifically for the shakes.

Low quality hamburgers you can taste and child size soda to wash it downl. Part of a typical casino experience is bang for your buck when it comes to food. Unless you're too hungry to take the block walk to Sonic, I would say avoid Deuces. Positive side, very friendly staff and a robot waiter, 50s diner vibe.

What the heck happened? We have eaten here a few times but tonight it wasn't that good! This place commands a premium price that wasn't even worth it tonight! Our heated bread was served without and of their butter spread? Not a good start. My $45 rib eye was supposed to be medium rare was too rare for me! The green beans lacked flavor and my loaded baked potato was more on the cold side. What's going on here????? My dinner salad was amazing though. The scallops my wife wife had were way overcooked!!!!! We spent over $100 for a dinner that was worth $20 at best! They had better get it together or we won't ever want to come back! So dissatisfied with this dinner! The only plus side was service was great! You want my hard earned money, get it together! Period!

We ordered 3 hamburgers and the bun was hard and cold and one of them had a hair inside. We talked to a person to change it but they took a long time, so we asked for the money back and they refused because they said they didn't have the ticket. I asked for the manager and he said he was the supervisor. very bad service

This casino is great for the most part. However, do not get tri tip sandwich or any burgers at this 50s diner. The cook is slow and portion of the meat is extremely small. I thought it was a fuckin joke how small the potion was. I will never eat there again. I should have taken a picture, lol.

It took them 20 minutes to make me a strawberry shake to go. The employees just take their sweet time and have no sense of urgency

This place has a very typical diner feel. We waited too long for burgers that were only okay.

You never know if they will have what you want to order or if they can even make it for you. I understand being understaffed and shortage of product. But the menu selection is very small, burgers, hotdogs and chicken. It would not be a problem if they actually had more than one item available.

This establishment has a 1950's diner feel to it. They offer burgers, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, tri-tip sandwiches, and tacos (weird). I ordered a regular burger to take the edge off before dinner. A McDonald's hamburger tastes better than this. I wasn't impressed.

Oh boy, where do I begin? Being the least expensive place to eat in the casino, you get what you pay for. The place is trash. The only reason I think there are any positive reviews is that people had to have been drunk. We ended up there because the other restaurant was full and there was a wait. It was about 12:30 and there was no line at deuces. We ordered 2 cheeseburger combo meals. Nothing fancy just 2 normal combos. The girl that we ordered from looked like she was hating her life and was just not present like she was doing her best to do as little as possible. We paid and went to sit down. 1 hour later the food came. Mind you there was just us and another person in the diner and no one in line. It took 1 hour for the food with an empty restaurant. Look, I'm no chef Ramsay, but I'm pretty sure 2 patties take 3 to 4 minutes on each side and they are done. It shouldn't take an hour, and to top it all off the fries and burger were ice cold. Terrible terrible place. Pretty sure it's only there so the people that lose all their money can be squeezed for a little bit more money. My advice is. if the casino took all your money, don't eat here. You'll just be double sad and end up in a crappier mood with an upset stomach. No wonder it's called Dueces, the place is crap.

Dont waste your money going to Deuces Diner. We ate there for lunch today and it was terrible. Eventhough there was nobody else in there when we got there, the fries were cold. I had the tritip combo. The tritip was nothing great. My brother in law had the hamburger and it was also nothing great.

First and last time eating there. We waited almost an hour for our food and when it finally came out it was all cold. Never coming back again.

I'm not sure why people are hating on Deuces Diner. This is just your typical fast food diner. They probably don't make anything fresh. The only fresh food you'll probably find are the condiments for burgers and sandwiches. The menu consists of burgers and fried goodies (fries, onion rings, fried cheese sticks, etc..). We stopped here after we were getting the midnight munchies. I had an order of fries and chicken strips, that were served hot and crispy. My friend had a burger. Again, nothing special, just a frozen patty that was server hot and prompt. Service was also excellent. John was the man and he was always on point bringing us refills and checking to see if we needed anything. So, if I'm ever at Chukchansi again, I'll wouldn't mind going to Deuces Diner. It's a lot cheaper than any other restaurant in the casino.
