This place is excellent. It took a while to get in because of its popularity but on the second night we made it. I had the cashew chicken over noodles and it was perfect. Just what I was craving. My husband had a roll that was great too but I can't remember to name at the moment. We have tuna nigiri that was so fresh and flavorful. Definitely worth the wait.

Teriyaki Chicken bowl was basic w no frills. Popstickers were good but no pic, ended up getting a Pho Bowl togo and there was no bowl to mix everything in, so had to come back from my room and ask for a large cup to mix everything. Really inconvenient!

When I arrived, the hostess was very confused that I had a reservation, however, she did locate it and seated me at the bar. While seated at the bar, I was able to see the sushi chefs preparing sushi orders, which was interesting. Service was very good. My waitress was very friendly and it made the experience very pleasant. I ordered the Orange chicken and fried rice. It was not the best Chinese food I've ever had. The only way I can describe it is a glorified Panda Express; it was at that level. So if you like the Americanized version of Chinese food, you will enjoy this food. The sushi looked very good and although I didn't order any, it made me want to order some. I will definitely have to try some next time as the Chinese food was not astonishing. I also ordered a cocktail, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a nice, pleasant dinner at the casino.

Chukchansi gold is fun and I enjoy coming here, but I so despise the hostess at Noodle bar. She’s old and has no experience with customer service at all. I would put her name here but I decided against it. I still want to come back lol. I got a spicy chicken sandwich at Deuces Diner and I was served in the order I came in. Not ignored!!!

We didn't eat there. We went to the casino for the purpose of eating at the noodle bar. We got there, and there were several tables open, but they insisted there was a 45 minute wait, obviously so that we would go out and gamble in the casino. We just left and went somewhere else to eat.

We brought our party of 7 here for my sons bday dinner. The wait was over an hour. The broccoli that came with my walnut shrimp plate WAS LITERALLY FROZEN. I Had to hunt down our waitress. I told her it was frozen and all she said was"I'll get you a new one". The new plate was warm but the plate was half full of typical honey mayo sauce and some watery white juice. It was gross. I took photos. I'm not sure if I can upload here. I hate complaining so I just didn't eat it. I was still charged full price for it. Also we ordered ice cream for everyone and they only brought half of them. We had to flag someone down to tell them we were missing half of our ice cream orders. In the mean time someone brought a piece of cheesecake we didn't order. I told him it wasn't ours and he just looked confused. I don't recommend this place unless you have alot of time and even more patience

We have come to noodle bar a few times now and this was the first time we had Ernesto or “Ernie” as our server. He was so quick, so friendly, so attentive and all during an extremely busy night. Thank you for the awesome customer service and for the amazing dinner!

For the last 20 years it was excellent. But now they change the noodles on the combination and it just went downhill. That's too bad.
