Bad customer service. The young lady giving out the food was so rude if you didn't hear her call your number the first time she would slam the little window open the window again call the number once giving out the food she would roll her eyes and give you and attitude for not hearing your number excuse me im DEAF from one ear sorry if I couldn't hear you calling my number!

Down to Earth, all American burger joint. Burger and fries washed down with Coke from a bottle and delicious milkshake for a dessert. Merica!I would recommend changing only one thing. Fries. Regular cut would be better pairing than whatever these were.

I called Roberts to complain and all I got was "that's how we make them ".. she then explained that "that's how they come " which prompted me to ask if they are from a can. She said no but again said "that's how they come" . Since I thought for sure someone forgot to mash them or for that matter, cook them thoroughly, she again ( sounding annoyed now) " that's how we make them , that's how they come".. she didn't even bother to offer to refund or anything . Hey Roberts Frosty, my husband and I eat at your stand all the time . This kind of crummy customer service is not gonna work . I gave a two star rating because Robert's Frosty makes good hamburgers and a great bowl of albondigas but not consistently so. Edit : I returned both burritos to Roberts . Not so much for the 11.00 refund but to just try to show them the problem. Didn't go well . I was lectured for having "an attitude".. turns out the guy I dealt with is the owner's son who hasn't a clue about customer service . He was sarcastic and did the silly exaggerated rolling of the eyes. Sadly, no more going to Robert's Frosty for us.
