Staying in Oakhurst to visit Yosemite. The restaurant options are not great. We made the short drive to Coarsegold to eat at Wild Fig. The pics looked promising. I had Maple Latte and Wild Fig Salad. My son had Avocado Toast. Just so good! We are planning on stopping in for a repeat tomorrow on our way home. Nice staff. The music was cool, and cute merch too.
We stopped here on our last morning of vacation and definitely weren’t disappointed. Portions are large and well worth the pricing. The sausage gravy over fresh biscuits was amazing. They definitely give you enough gravy which is peppery and delicious. The biscuits are perfectly cooked. The star of the show for our family was the chicken and waffles!
