Staying in Oakhurst to visit Yosemite. The restaurant options are not great. We made the short drive to Coarsegold to eat at Wild Fig. The pics looked promising. I had Maple Latte and Wild Fig Salad. My son had Avocado Toast. Just so good! We are planning on stopping in for a repeat tomorrow on our way home. Nice staff. The music was cool, and cute merch too.

Probably the best thing I’ve eaten in America. When you take into account the price, definitely the best thing I’ve eaten in America.

We stopped here on our last morning of vacation and definitely weren’t disappointed. Portions are large and well worth the pricing. The sausage gravy over fresh biscuits was amazing. They definitely give you enough gravy which is peppery and delicious. The biscuits are perfectly cooked. The star of the show for our family was the chicken and waffles! The chicken is cooked perfectly and the breading is crispy. I loved that it was boneless chicken. The gravy was delicious as was the maple syrup served with it. The waffle was large and fluffy. I had black coffee which was also very good. The atmosphere was really cute and quaint. We liked that they had outdoor seating. The surrounding area is super cute with little shops that make it feel like the Wild West. We would definitely come back.Vegetarian options: Steel cut oats, fruit, salads other options as well but I can’t remember them.Kid-friendliness: An extensive variety of food options.

My SIL politely told the counter person that her Chinese Chicken Salad wasn't made correctly; it was missing the noodles and wanton. The counter person was rude, and my SIL gave up. We were all disappointed as everyone's else's food was pretty good. I had the salad with arugula, goat cheese, and salmon - delicious.

This place is great! Stopped for Sunday brunch here on the way back from Yosemite. They have a walk up counter where you order and then they bring the food to your table. The food came very quickly after we ordered. The staff were all quite friendly. My whole party enjoyed the items we got (Swedish pancakes, French toast, 2 eggs breakfast , and avocado toast ). Highly recommend for anyone looking for some good breakfast! The ambience is very pleasant and the place is very clean!!

Located about 1 hour south of Yosemite National Park On Hwy 41, this restaurant offers excellent & delicious breakfast and lunch. The staff is very friendly. We often stop here before heading out to Yosemite.

Cutest little breakfast spot! We visited Wild Fig Kitchen on a Sunday (late) morning and found it very busy. However, we somehow managed to get seating for our group of 14 people by pushing some tables together. There was a line to order food/drinks at the counter, which gave us time to look at the menu. For drinks, I ordered the Wild Blueberry Lemonade, which was amazing. The blueberry flavor was so strong and the level of sweetness was perfect. For food, my boyfriend and I shared the Chicken & Waffles and Roasted Tomato Benedict. Both dishes were fantastic, although the Chicken & Waffles was more filling, since the Benedict didn't come with any sides. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and I really enjoyed the gravy, as well. Service was reasonably quick, considering how busy the restaurant was. The inside decor was cute and rustic, and they also had plenty of (dog friendly) outdoor seating. I ended up also getting a Wild Blueberry Iced Coffee, which was incredible. The coffee itself was blueberry flavored, but it also came with blueberry cream, with real berries in it. Overall, we absolutely loved Wild Fig Kitchen for breakfast!

2/24/24: I ordered for pick up and thought it was worth the drive for a Wild Fig Burger and a Wild Fig Salad but heck no! In case you didn't know...Yellow leaves go in the trash!

Great food and service but a little pricey. The set up is really nice. They should do a discount for locals.
