I was a manger for 10 years and the fact that I waked into this place with food all over the table and flood and chairs while they where in the phone is mind blowing also it was 5pm so it’s confusing how they had this place this disgusting I had to sweep and clean the tables my self seriously I would run this place so fast

Wow, I have never seen a fast food place this dirty! Trash all over the dining area, a year's worth of crumbs in the seat. Went to the bathroom for paper towels to clean our own table.
We were the only guests by the way. So no "too busy" excuse

The staff is INCREDIBLY slow. They screw up orders left and right and then try to tell you it's your fault. They have one lone person up front when they have a line of 10 people waiting to order. Then you have to go back up and reorder things they didn't make the first time.

First time at a Sonics on my way home from casino. Ordered #14 burrito combo. Cashier asked if I wanted tater tots or fries. Told her tots. Left and checked bag. Where's the tots? Thought maybe they put it in burrito. So I checked. So much grease on the outside of burrito and no tots. I was already 5 miles down the road and wasn't about to go back. Will never go there again!

Terrible......I ordered a cheesy bacon stack and got 2 pieces of bread with sauce and 1 piece of bacon....then I had to wait in the drive thru again! And the manager remade it only to mess it up again after I even showed them a pic of what I ordered. By the time I got home my food was cold and it was all n all a terrible experience. 3 times I've eaten here in hopes it would get better but it only gets worse.

Longest drive through wait I have ever experienced in my entire life. 5 cars ahead took over 30 mins. It once in line you cannot get out. Wasted so much time while trying to get to yosemite
