Such an amazing find in Colfax. Passed it a 100 times and never made a stop until today. If you have not made the trek I would encourage you to do so only if you're looking for amazing food, service and atmosphere. I will be back soon.
Breakfast was well portions plates, with so many options. The most memorable was my Cocktail for brunch which was called a HOT TODDY. I brought so many memories of my Step Grandmother . It was a cinnamon infused Whisky, with honey and lots of lemon. I'm sure many people who stop by after hitting the ski slopes make this their go to drink. Our little Hometown spot that more people ought to know about! That was seriously the BEST bacon cheeseburgers we have had! Juicy, perfectly cooked....Load up on napkins! Brought to us by friendly Carissa. Great service! EXCELLENT burger... kudos to you! -Chef Jenn (ret.)
